SL.16 Nitrogen Stock Lifter

DADCO conducts in-house tests whenever possible against competitors’ products to ensure DADCO’s quality and performance surpass the competition.  DADCO ran a side-by-side test of its SL.16 Nitro Stock Lifter and the competitions’ equivalent products.  The chart below depicts the results of this test.

Test Parameters

Environment:  all springs were run at the same time on the same press.

Pressure:  180 bar (2611 psi)

Speed:  135 strokes/min

% of stroke used:  90%

DADCO’s SL.16 Nitro Stock Lifter reached 2,780,000 strokes, doubling the performance of the nearest competitor.

 

*  In this test, DADCO considered a spring “good” until a 20% loss in overall force occurred.
